Contract Administrator

Description With supervision, plans, organizes and directs contract development with outside customers, vendors, and business partners; works closely with sales, purchasing, and other departments as necessary to draft and negotiate contracts. Assists in review of all contracts (domestic and international) to minimize risk. Reports to:
Vice President of Administration/Corporate Services Essential Duties Evaluates proposed commercial contracts and negotiates with customers, suppliers, or service providers as necessary to insure company standard terms and conditions are included. Maintains a database of all commercial contracts for corporate access. Assists the Sales Management organization in the preparation and review of the Sales Representative and Distributor contracts. Assists excitation project coordinators to ensure compliance with contractual obligations to limit risks and satisfy customers. Reviews and negotiates Confidentiality Agreements for Customers, Suppliers, and Service Providers. Coordinates formal proposals by working with Sales, Proposal Engineers and Marketing to ensure commercial and technical requirements are met. Reviews and negotiates customers Code of Conduct and Ethics Policy documentation to determine acceptance and maintains records of such. Coordinates with Quality, Sales, Manufacturing, International Group, Engineering, and Legal during the development and initial review of all product advisories. Ensures proper language is included in the advisory to communicate the issue with the customer effectively, reduce the company's risk, and obtains final approval from President and COO prior to coordinating the distribution of the advisory to the customer base. Reviews and coordinates completion of all quality, business, and customer surveys or questionnaires with input from various departments. Maintains both purchasing and sales standard terms and conditions for all domestic and international locations. Responsible for special projects and other duties as assigned. Along with support and over sight from VP of Administration/Corporate Services, acts as a risk manager within the company. Requirements Minimum of bachelors in Business Administration or related degree (master's or law degree preferred). Minimum of five years' experience in risk, contract or business management and/or finance/accounting. High degree of attention to detail required. Ability to manage competing tasks with differing deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient with PC based Microsoft Office. Occasional travel required.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Business DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
