Customer Service Manager

Description Manage the US Customer Service organization to meet the company's objectives while ensuring customer relationships are maintained. Reports To:
Vice President of Sales Essential Duties Manage the processes and procedures for the direct reporting organizations to ensure effective and efficient operations are established and operating policies are understood and followed through an active management approach. Ensure key goals are understood related to meeting operational efficiencies for the Customer Service team. Coordinate business processes and ensure consistent operating procedures are utilized to meet the company's objectives. Ensure requirements of import export documentation and processes are clearly defined to meet the regulatory, legal, and corporate requirements. Ensure proper resource planning and forecasting is in place to meet Customer's expectations or contractual arrangements. Ensure the customer experience is positive and timely with regard to meeting their needs. Work with the sales management team to address specific customer issues. Provide proper follow-up on all activities within the control of the Customer Service department. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Administration. Minimum five (5) years of experience in management in Customer Service or Customer Relationship Management. Strong work ethic, self-starter, able to work independently and with minimal supervision. Ability to lead, influence and work collaboratively in teams of diverse disciplines and cultural backgrounds. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills. Willingness to travel as required. Experience with Microsoft Office Software and database systems.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
SalesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
