Managers must be 18 years of age! Grow sales by ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and great operations.
Partner with the RGM/MP to meet or exceed budgeted EBITDAR and utilize available reports to identify opportunities.
Share responsibilities with the RGM/MP for coaching and training of Shift Supervisors and Team Members, by utilizing KBP Foods training programs; supports national training initiatives and involved in the process for new employee orientation.
What are we looking for? High School, GED, College, or University degree preferred 1-2 years of supervisory experience in either the food service or retail environment, including Profit & Loss responsibility.
Close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
Hold a valid driver's license and carry a minimum of $100,000 in liability insurance coverage.
