Summary of Customer Care Position At Kloss Furniture Customer Care is a critical function of our team and supporting our customers.
The Customer Care Representative interacts with customers, both internal and external.
It is critical that in this position you are comfortable interacting with customers with a variety of backgrounds and needs.
Assisting and supporting customers in an empathetic manner in order to quickly resolve issues, is a necessity.
The core of the department is problem-solving with the understanding that maintaining positive customer relationships and experiences is crucial.
The schedule for this role is Tuesday-Saturday every week.
Job Duties Engage with customers in finding solutions to issues Answering and returning customer and store calls Interacting with external customers, as well as internal departments to problem solve Ability to work with management to facilitate resolution of customer issues/concerns Generating orders for store and customer parts Create and maintain vendor relationships Reconciliation of funds for vendor repairs in conjunction with Accounting Handle direct scheduling and follow-up with the in-home service department Work with delivery drivers to ensure successful delivery and troubleshoot routing and customer issues in the field Other duties as assigned Requirements Minimum 2 years in customer service, preferably in a call center or retail environment Strong attention to detail Creative problem solving abilities Ability to adhere to internal processes and procedures Strong follow-up skills Good verbal and written skills Positive and enthusiastic attitude Basic computer skills-Ability to learn software, work with Google drive and the associated applications Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:
