Summary:
This position is responsible for all activities necessary to assist and consult on payroll systems/HRIS and training at our skilled nursing facilities under the direct supervision of our Director of Workforce Management.
Requirements:
Seeking a highly motivated individual with good organizational skills and attention to detail is a must.
Ability to travel.
Must be able to work with little to minimal oversight.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn computer software and systems.
Must be detail-oriented, have the ability to multi-task, and be self-motivated.
Possess good communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization and external parties for training purposes.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
