Provides nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment, and individual plan of care, as authorized by the client's payer source.
Take and record blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate measurements.
Monitor patient's conditions including fluid intake, and output, and compose patient charts.
Assist ailing patients in daily necessary activities.
Provide emotional support.
