Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members - Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors - Ensure the reception area is clean and organized
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferred - Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication skills - Knowledge of computer systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Drive - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
