Office Clerk

Acara Solutions is looking for Office Clerk for our client located in Highland, IL
  • The Commercial Returns Coordinator reviews, updates, and approves return material requests (RMAs) from our customers per the established client B-Line terms and conditions.
  • Authorizes credit based on material returned and its condition.
  • Gathers details between the RMA request and the RMA receiver to explain differences.
  • Review, make changes then update and approve RMA requested for saleable materials that meet B-Line terms and conditions routing the material to the correct facility at the price the customer paid.
  • Reject material on RMA requests that do not meet our terms and conditions to maintain that only resalable material is returned.
  • Noting that rejections codes are noted on the RMA for customer reference,
  • Consult the Product Line Managers (PLM) with issues or disputes to assure we have created the best solution for all parties.
  • Communicate with various internal departments and with the customer when issues arise.
  • Evaluate issues in a logical and timely manner.
  • Finalize all RMA requests with the RMA turnaround metric.
  • Analyze all documents received before processing a credit to the customer.
  • Retain all paperwork per client Record Retention Policy.

    Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor?s degree
  • Minimum of 2 years? Experience as Office Clerk
  • Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business
  • Minimum of 2 years? experience in customer facing role
  • Experience with SAP
  • Commercial returns experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Organized and Detail Oriented
  • Effective Communication Skills
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel formulas including V-Lookups
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Analytical skills

    The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
