Director, Global Marketing

Job Description The Director, Product Marketing- B-Line is responsible for meeting annual and long-term financial goals of all B-Line product lines.  This individual must keep abreast on current and future trends that may impact the long-term success of this product segment.  These trends may be product, channel, advertising, promotional, digital or customer related.  Annual and long-term success is accomplished by successfully implementing multi-generation product plans (MGPPs), influencer (channel, contractor, specifiers and end users) marketing strategies and digital transformation strategies with the common goal of strengthen the value proposition of the business.  Two important skills for this person are leadership and interpersonal communication; on an on-going basis this person must communicate with customers, channel partners, agents, sales managers, suppliers, strategic partners, senior management, and others to determine if and how marketing plans should be adjusted to meet the Company's overall financial and strategic goals. The individual must then provide the cross functional leadership to ensure plan objectives are met. Qualifications BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution. Minimum of 7 years' experience in product management, sales, marketing or product development in the electrical industry. Minimum of 3 years' managerial experience. Comprehensive knowledge of electrical products and industry preferred, including a deep understanding of the applications of the products, channel, competitors, and legislative/regulatory issues. Must be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship. Well-developed communication, organizational, motivational and human relations skills.   PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS MBA from accredited institution Global perspective and experience with international business, global business planning and global channel development Financial competence, familiarity with planning and forecasting Track record of delivering sustained profitable revenue growth Demonstrated excellence in business strategy and development Demonstrated success in creating and driving a culture of continuous improvement Strong innovation and customer centric mindset/background 061194

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
